We believe that South Florida holds a wealth of untapped talent. We developed this competition specifically to galvanize the acting community within the South Florida community. Although we we now welcome actors beyond our local region to audition, precedence when choosing the top 32 competitors will always be given to qualified talent who are South Florida local.

Acting Out Monologue Competition takes 32 actors throughout our region and thrusts them into an epic acting ring that's never been seen before. Actors go head-to-head, round-for-round, genre-after-genre, before a panel of industry judges and a live audience, competing for prizes and the ultimate cash prize! We don't just do it for the fun of it all. Each year we personally invite local agents and managers, casting and artistic directors to tune into Acting Out. Across the last four cycles more than 90% of our talent have been agent-connected, and received immediate casting offers for work, both locally and nationally. No matter your age, or where you are in your career we welcome you to audition for consideration, however, Acting Out is designed for professional, well-rounded theater and film actors.
